Jason has been in the vaping industry since 2015. Realizing the need for quality products in SE Minnesota, Jason gathered the best of the best in products, staff, and knowledge to bring Island City Vapors to Winona.

Jesse Chhim

Owner

Jesse started in the vaping industry with his first venture of Vapin Midwest in Rochester. He moved on from that venture to start Med City Vapors in 2015, and has helped to grow the business to include Island City Vapors in 2018.
